This is a Juba sledge base frame with a fully adjustable single throwing arm, capable of throwing any clay from flat to teal, either as singles or a pair of stacked clays.
The drive rubber and teal clip can be moved to throw all types of clay including battue, for consistent targets the original stop is included. The trap head is from a private owner who has used it very little, it’s in good order, even having a locking stud that will unscrew by hand, very rare on used Jubas. As expected, it does have marks and the odd spot of rust where it has been stored and moved about.
The base is contemporary with the head but shows a bit more surface rust from various knocks and dings in a previous life but it won’t affect performance, it is still a good looking, solid base. These traps are easy to use as the springs are a bit lighter so they are ideal for trainer or junior trappers, a lovely machine for fast following pairs. Overall another nice trap to put out some challenging targets.£155 (+£25 delivery)
