Here is something I’ve only ever seen once before, a pair of the lovely Bowman Juniors on a large No.2 seated base. Juniors have sold in their thousands and are the mainstay of many clubs and private shooters alike.Each of the traps has been completely stripped and rebuilt with re-rubbered drive rails and new stainless steel teal clips. Both traps show very little signs of wear in the places I’d expect to see it so will not have done much work.The base is a contemporary frame that was originally used by a fairly heavy handed bunch of club trappers, being plated, re-welded and strengthened at some time before the heavy crossbar was added to carry two Juniors. The left hand trap is fitted to an elevating base for height adjustable targets while the left is mounted directly to the bar giving the usual fixed target. There would normally only be a teal clip fitted on the left but I’ve added a second to hold a clay down while the first is thrown. The outfit is an unusual set up but would give a trapper lots of variety.£185 (+£25 delivery)
