This is a fixed elevation Stuart No.2 double arm trap with a knurled knob for adjustable spring tension to add a bit extra speed and distance to your standards, midis or mini targets if required. The trap is strong and heavy, made out of cast iron with a powerful double spring.The base frame has a removable cross bar to make the whole trap easy to store and move about yet with a stable base to throw consistent clays using the teal clips and adjustable stops.

Both drive rubbers on this trap are virtually as new and the lack of marking on the casting shows that the trap hasn’t thrown many clays. There are minor storage marks and odd bits of surface rust as expected but overall it is in excellent condition.This trap was one of several Stuarts bought from new by a successful, well-attended gun club which very soon started to use single turret electric traps.
